Unlock your full potential with our Apprenticeship program

"PFA gave me supernaturally increased level of confidence in how I engage those I get to serve. I came in living a compartmentalized life, believing lies that I wasn’t good enough or relevant enough or competent enough. It wasn’t simply limiting mindsets that were lifted… I was equipped to identify and remove any future versions with God-given authority… and I can help others do the same."

"The goal setting changed my life! With that exercise alone, I was able to obtain a new job which paid me an additional $130k on my base salary. The principles of convergence awoke a giant within me that has forever changed my impact and legacy!"

"PFA radically changed my life, business and mentality. My leaders David Ewing and JD gave me wisdom, encouragement and a fire to push beyond my limits. Ps. Marco and Natalie Contreras broke off poverty mindset and unleashed me to become a generational wealth creator! Our business has taken off into new levels and I thank God He imparted great leaders in this program to do His work."

"I went through my season as an employee and I barely had a vision about what God wanted for my life. Just three short months later, I stepped out in faith and became independent contractor, and then three months after that, I launched my own consulting business. I launched my company in January 2024 and I already have my first three clients. All of these clients and business relationships are setting me up for the rest of my life. My vision is clear for what God has called me to do, and I have so much more focus, clarity, and confidence in what my purpose is."

"Pathfinders really helped me to believe in myself, and gain confidence in my sphere of influence. My life is forever changed from Pathfinders apprenticeship."

"Pathfinders has truly been a game-changer for me, my family, and my business. It's not only about business success; it's about finding clarity, balance, and a Christ driven purpose in life. Throughout the season, my family bonds strengthened, and I was able to navigate both personal and professional challenges with a newfound confidence. The spiritual support before, during, and after has brought a deeper sense of purpose and drive to everything I do."

"PFA changed my life! Seriously. It completely changed my outlook on every area of my life. Especially my sphere of influence AND gave me practical tools and strategies that I was able to implement to bring real, lasting results. I was so impacted that I’m now in my 6th season of serving, it’s an atmosphere like nothing else I’ve experienced."

"Juggling motherhood, homeschooling, and our family business, I was hesitant to add Pathfinders to my plate. But my husband, a PFA alum, knew better and signed me up. I'm so glad he did! Pathfinders challenged and empowered me in unexpected ways, bringing growth on both a personal and spiritual level, and even brought our business to new heights. If you're seeking a supportive community to help you reach new levels, sign up now!"

"As a female business owner, Pathfinders empowered me with the mindset and direction needed to achieve the success I had envisioned. With their guidance, I was able to launch into my most successful year in business. Every year since then, I have consistently exceeded my previous achievements, thanks to the valuable mentorship and support provided by Pathfinders. "
